Ingredients
  • 2-3 slices of ginger, approx 1mm thick
  • A nice big wedge of lemon
  • 2-3 sprigs of thyme
  • Teabag of organic lemon & ginger tea is a great starter
  • Honey

Thyme is antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-microbial, anti-oxidant, anti-parasitic, antiviral

Ginger can be used against fever, good for pain
